DAMBACH looks back on two successful days at the CareerContact in Karlsruhe and the Career-Messe in Offenburg. As an exhibitor, the DAMBACH team was able to exchange ideas with numerous students and graduates and introduce them to the wide range of career opportunities.
The talks focused on practical insights into the daily work. In addition, the challenges and technical requirements of the industry were explained in detail by a technical expert.
The events in Karlsruhe and Offenburg provided valuable insights into the expectations of young talents. In particular, many students were particularly interested in the topic of automation, which is closely linked to the future of intralogistics and will play a central role in future fields of work - precisely in those areas in which DAMBACH is active with the development of automation solutions. Many visitors took the opportunity to find out about possible theses and career opportunities.
