In cooperation with its partner company iFD, DAMBACH participated in this year's university fairs "CareerContacts" on 24.10.2023 in Karlsruhe and "Career-Messe" on 25.10.2023 in Offenburg. Both fairs gave students an insight into the world of intralogistics and the opportunity to learn more about the various career paths at DAMBACH Lagersysteme.
During the event, the DAMBACH team gave the students a realistic insight into the day-to-day work of the company with all its demands. Both fairs offered the students the opportunity to find out about further training opportunities, the other locations in Munich and Chemnitz, as well as a stay abroad at the location in Detroit, USA. Participation in the university fairs offered direct contact with students and the opportunity to get to know potential future professionals.
