From March 19 to 21, 2024, LogiMAT will open its doors at Messe Stuttgart to showcase the latest developments and innovations in intralogistics worldwide.
In addition to efficiency and flexibility, sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in automated warehouse operations. With new plastic half pallets, food and beverage retailers are already increasing their automation potential along the entire supply chain. New pooling systems also result in less shrinkage, which reduces the consumption of resources. So-called "plastic Düsseldorf pallets" (KDP) are also made from around a third recycled plastic. Due to their high dynamic load capacity of approx. 500 kg and their enormous durability, these pallets are increasingly being used in production facilities.
DAMBACH has developed an innovative shuttle system for these pallets in order to meet the demand for ever greater sustainability and the need for optimized space utilization with maximum system flexibility. It enables the economical and automated storage process of half pallets in a high-bay warehouse. The new shuttle meets the highest requirements for ambient conditions and temperature influences. The sensor system is also designed to detect plastic pallets of different colors.
In addition to the ultra-modern shuttle systems, DAMBACH will also be presenting its versatile small parts materials handling, which is suitable for a wide range of applications thanks to its modular system. This flexibility reflects DAMBACH's commitment to offering a broad portfolio of solutions to general contractors and system integrators worldwide. Visitors are cordially invited to visit the team in Hall 1 at Stand F41 and experience DAMBACH's innovative solutions for shuttle systems and small parts materials handling live. Together, we are moving intralogistics towards an efficient, flexible and sustainable future.
