The Shuttle named AXIS² - BOT convinces with high efficiency and versatility in handling different pallet types. Despite if the shuttle operates in extreme deep freeze temperatures or carries heavy loads - maximum sturdiness and true availability have first priority.

Thanks to an innovative new energy storage management a real 24/7 operation can be achieved. In addition, the new battery technology reduced the fire load and works seamless in toughest cold storage conditions. The powerful on-board control ensures precise positioning and motion sequences. High system availability is achieved by an autonomous pallet detection and travel path check. The close link between mechanics, hardware and software leads to a pallet storage vehicle that sets standards in power and compactness – thanks to 15 years of experience in shuttle development.

The most comprehensive software version includes a full warehouse management system and enables users to operate AXIS² as a turnkey solution. No matter if sorting, queuing or commissioning processes must be implemented, our software allows a wide range of applications. Storage processes like FIFO-LIFO, buffer storage zones or customer pallet zone management can be customized implemented.

The software AXIS² - CORE is a scalable and modular software suite:

Warehouse Control System (WCS): The core module with the main functions assignment of transport orders from the host system, advanced traffic management (shuttle routing with deadlock avoidance), energy management and web-based user interface.
Warehouse Executive System (WES): This extension module includes all WCS functions. This extension module includes all WCS functions. The software module is enhanced with a full storage location management. This upgrade enables additional features such as shuffling, defragmentation, and queuing. It also supports dynamic zone management, allowing multiple customer storage locations per level. Dashboards for data reporting permit maximum transparency.
Warehouse Management System (WMS): By selecting the WMS module, all sub-functions of WCS and WES are automatically included. The WMS provides comprehensive SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) management, ensuring full control over inventory. This software module transforms your AXIS² shuttle system into a fully integrated warehouse solution and can be operated as a turnkey solution.
